• Bargaining: Buyers and sellers can engage in price negotiations through the in-app messaging system. All offers are non-binding until the transaction is finalized.

• Transaction Fees: Raqam786 may charge a fee for each transaction. These fees will be clearly stated before you complete a transaction.
